Faith In Strangers

Walked in for an unplanned family lunch on a chilled Sunday and it was great. Food, views and service were all awesome. Deep fried deviled eggs were especially great and they've got actually interesting low/no alcohol cocktails. Pricing was ok, but for the quality of the overall experience it's amazing value.

Faith In Strangers is so brilliant I almost don’t want everyone else to know about it. I’ve had two of the best meals there that I’ve had in years. Incredible service (Shyal served us but everyone is brilliant), great atmos, a killer sound system at the perfect level and a view so good you forget quite where you are. It’s the tops. Please always keep a table for me!

A hidden gem in Margate that absolutely blew me away. From the moment I walked in, the vibes were immaculate. The food was next level – fresh, beautifully plated, and packed with flavour (props to the chef!). The cocktails? Dangerous. Too easy to drink, too good to stop. But what really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. As the sunset poured in over Margate, the whole venue lit up—literally and figuratively. The sound system is one of the best I’ve heard in a venue this size, crystal clear and deep. It’s a rare spot where music, food, design, and people all align perfectly. Whether you're in it for the vibe, the art, the eats or just a proper night out—this is it. Faith In Strangers is not just a bar or restaurant—it’s an experience.

This is one of my favourite venues. So many things I love about it. Relaxed but stylish dining that’s done well and seamlessly gives way come about 9.30/10pm to one of the best sound systems I’ve heard in a long time, playing host to some incredible DJ’s. Might not look too flash from the outside - but what a total gem once you’re inside! Staff are lovely too.

My wife and I had a great time at Faith in strangers on New Year’s Eve! and we were catered for well considering my wife is a vegetarian and I’m a carnivore, it was an intimate dining experience which allowed for conversations with the people around us that we hadn’t met before, this was our second new years at the restaurant and bar and it didn’t let us down! And the music which was a good mix of soulful house was a great way to see in the new year! We will be back again this year for some more food and fun!

A fantastic addition to Margate's roast scene. The welcome was warm and attentive and actually service impeccable throughout our visit with views over the ocean and music to encourage what was a relaxed vibe with the odd head sway between chomps. We didnt have starters but wished we had when we saw other tables sharing a few and will on next visit. The roast was delicious and perfectly cooked with the beef & chicken moist, the side of cauliflower/Broc cheese was next level - bowls scrapped !! The jugs of jus also a lovely touch for potato dunking. We even took a few spuds home for cold with salad cream We will be back to try other options

Came for a bite to eat and omg the sunset views in this restaurant are something to behold! I had a simple burger and fries but the love, ingredients and the taste just blew me away. Staff were friendly and attentive with a great knowledge on wines. I'll be coming back to their 'Feast of the Gods' event.

Wonderful place the atmosphere is amazing and the crowd are very friendly, the sound system is epic and the staff are lovely Amanda, Stacey and Jeremy and the others who's name's I can't remember are so friendly it's like instant friendship, the experience definitely matches the name. Please open a similar place in Brighton, you'll absolutely nail it!.
